This page currently lists many of the "quests" in the game. These pages contain significant spoilers and should be used either by players who are stuck and unable to proceed, or players who aren't bothered by spoilers.

Quests listed here are grouped by complexity and scope with notes detailing the differences between each.

Main Storyline Quests

These are the components working around the main story line dealing with Dr. Matt.

• Main Storyline Pt 1 - Dr. Matt investigates the nanites.
• Hospital Quest - Dr. Mouse needs some assistance.
• Main Storyline Pt 2 - Dr. Matt wants more help.

Character Tasks and Quests

These quests focus primarily on a single character. Quests which affect multiple characters or are location/event centered are located below.

• Alex's Clients - Help a weaselly lawyer.
• Alpha or Beta - Shall you be Fang's alpha, or he yours?
• Dual-Taur - Help a researcher in the city gain some samples, until an old acquaintance comes knocking.
• Finding Tristian's Brother - Help Tristian find his brother.
• Give A Dog A Bone - Meet Rex and Karen the Retrievers.
• Hidden Kitty - An international student has gotten himself a spot of trouble.
• Leonard's Pride - Join Leonard the gentlemanly lion's pride.
• Lion Modifying - Help Boris fix his neutered fursuit.
• Mack's Nuts - Help a squirrel get some nuts.
• Mephit Therapy - Get some psychological 'help' from Doctor Moffatt.
• Medical Procedures - Doctor Medea can assist you if you'll assist her.
• Modding Artemis - Get to know your neuter Rubber Tigress Pet better.
• Motel Quest - Help Sgt Marks deal with the Tigress Hookers.
• Museum Rounds - Help Valerie perform her rounds.
• Nadia's Lost Chick - Find Nadia's lost chick.
• Oni Troubles - A monstrous ogre with an unusual problem.
• Phoenix Rising - Help a wayward phoenix be reborn.
• Queen Bee - A smashed bee hive leads to a new friend and possibly a new infection.
• Saving Elijah - Rescue and either aid or corrupt the fallen angel.
• Strange Fox - Meeting Kitsune.
• Transforming Larissa - Help Larissa try out some new forms.
• Trapped Dragoness - A giant dragoness, Christy is stuck.
• Viking Marriage - Earn the love of Sonya and survive meeting her father.
• Demonology 101 - Catch yourself a demon pet, Brutus and cleanse him from evil if you want.
• Saving David (twice) - Get David out of a demon's hands and also save him from Minotaur duty.

Multi-Character Quests

Quests which equally involve multiple participants.

• Brutus & David - Allow the relationship between these unequal males to blossom.
• To Prove One's Friendship - Make some new friends in the Warehouse District.
• Slut Rat Quest - Corrupted mall rats.
• Human Dogs - Help Mike out and get a doggie from him.
• Finding Kara - Help Harold find his friend Kara.
• Foxy Lady - Janice's friend Kristen needs your help.
• Little Lost Lamb - Rescue Mary the Ewe.
• Search and Rescue - ??
• Centaur Squadmates - Finding a partially centaur-infected soldier leads to more.

Major Character Quests

These quests have significantly more content and are more fleshed out than the quests above. They require the completion of multiple tasks to finish.

• Stables Quest - Help Fancy fix up and then take over the place.
• Helper Quest - Help Nermine by running a few small errands for her.
• Rare Item Quest - Help Nermine acquire a few rare items to add to her collection.
• Bouncy Castle Rescue - Save a vixen from the bizarre Bouncy Castle before it's too late.
• Wereraptor Curse - Cursed to become a monster every night.
• Good Girl or Bad Bitch - Befriend or enslave the Doberman Cop, Alexandra.
• Pursuit of Science - Help Omio with her experiments.
• The Centaur Herd - Help a centaur-infected individual get a herd of their own.
• Thomas Revenge - Assist Thomas the centaur in paying his centaur rapists back.
• Felix's Stalker - Find out who's stalking Felix.
• Fire Station Quest - Help out at Fire Station 86.
• Dominant Kenaz - How you turn Kenaz into a Dominant Male-herm.

Location/Event Quests

These quests either don't involve NPCs or involve them only as minor actors. They focus either on a location or a specific event.

• A treasure well earned! - Pirate gold!
• Shifting - Find out how to control the infection your body for your gain.
• Satyr Frat Party - Get two Satyrs and a barrel of wine into a frat party.
• Parasite - Stumbling across the Black Wasp hive leaves you with a strange parasite.
• Central Library - Gain entry to the city's Central Library.
• Computer Power - Restore power to the Abbey (incomplete quest).
• Disorganization - A series of events dealing with the military.
• Floating City of Qytat - Access the invisible floating city of Qytat a'th Lundrues.
• Vore Predator - Gain Vore and/or UB abilities.
• Orc Lair Escape - Escape your cell through skill or sex.
• Hyena Gang - Join the Herm Hyena gang.
• Joining P.I.G. Frat - Join Phi Iota Gamma.
• Hellhound Pact - Make a dark pact to save yourself from the infection.
• Skunkbeast Lord - Face the giant master of the Skunks.
• A Lost Cow - Find and deliver a Lost Cow to the McDermott Farm.
• Transforming Shawn - Help reclaim one of the farm shepherds, Shawn, from a feral fate
