Main Storyline Quests
These are the components working around the main story line dealing with Dr. Matt.
- Main Storyline Pt 1 - Dr. Matt investigates the nanites.
- Hospital Quest - Dr. Mouse needs some assistance.
- Main Storyline Pt 2 - Dr. Matt wants more help.
Minor Quests
These are small quests/grouped content with only a few steps or a single stage to complete.

- Nadia's Lost Chick - Find Nadia's lost chicklet
- Human Dogs - Help Mike out and get a doggie from him
- Viking Marriage - Earn the love of Sonya and survive meeting her father
- Satyr Frat Party - Get two satyrs and a barrel of wine into a frat party
- Orc Lair Escape - Escape your cell through skill or sex
- A Lost Cow - Find and deliver a Lost Cow to the McDermott farm
- Transforming Shawn - Help reclaim one of the farm shepherds from a feral fate
- Demonology 101 - Catch yourself a demon pet, and cleanse him from evil if you want
- Saving David (twice) - Get David out of a demon's hands and also save him from Minotaur duty
- Brutus & David - Allow the relationship between these unequal males to blossom

Major Quests
These are larger quests that involve numerous stages and are generally more difficult and involved to complete. Some even require the completion of other minor quests as part of their advancement. They are generally meant for players more familiar with the game.
