There are a wide array of non-player characters (NPCs) in the game for the player to interact with. Some of these are friendly, others are merely ambivalent about the player. Some exist in pre-assigned locations while others must be found through events. Certain NPCs can provide the player with quests, often with a reward to be earned. Others can be 'rescued' by the player and brought to a safe place (usually the Bunker). Most NPCs, being infected, are up for a little fun with the player to sate their rampant libidos. Players are cautioned that sex with most NPCs will result in infection.

- Notes: Can make Medkits out of Medkit parts. Can be trained as a Pet (will remove the Medkit ability). Pet-Sarah can be impregnated with puppies. Non-infectious during sex.

- Related Events: "Strange Fox" when you first and after meet him, happens during random explore. During one of those encounters he will ask for you're assistance to find his star bell in the park "Strange Bell". After finding it and returning to him you can go to his den.
- Notes: Depending on player stats and roll's will comment and act differently sometimes, may also increase dexterity (+1) once, when you meet while exploring "Strange Fox". Hunger will be increased by 25 points in one "Strange Fox" event counter as well. Is infectious during sexins. Turns a female partner in to a hermaphrodite after multiple carnal encounters. After tricking him a few times, you can offer him Dog Milk to drink, making him a fuckable herm. Offering him another Dog Milk to drink will make him a fuckable female. Non-infectious during sex.
