Alt Combat is a combat system add-on which allows creatures to have special abilities and/or attacks outside of the norm for combat. Many abilities are standard attacks which deal greater damage while others have effects, such as healing or continuous damage/libido boosting effects. There are creatures made before the Alt Combat system was added which have special abilities, but those are generally more limited than those which are possible using Alt Combat.
