You find yourself confronted by one of the denizens of the hospital, a canine doctor. Wearing a doctor's coat, stethoscope and little else, this male malamute is of normal human stature, though adjusted somewhat to suit his breed. With his coat hanging open, his thick black and white fur can plainly be seen covering his whole body. This also gives you a clear view of his plump sheath and the pointed tip of the canine cock poking from it. Upon noticing you, his ears perk up and his fluffy tail wags and he moves to approach you. "There you are. Bend over, cause I've got your 50 cc's of puppy batter right here," he barks excitedly. You can see the dog's penis rising from his exposed sheath as he talks to you. Clearly he's interested in more than your typical doctor-patient relationship.

Notes
- Alt Attack: The male Horny Doctors can use the hump alt-attack.
- Drop Items: The doctors could randomly drop either a libido suppressant or a healing booster, chosen at random.
- Gender Adaptive: If a player is blocking either the Guy or Girl flags, then that form will be removed. If both are blocked, they will auto-remove themselves from the game after the first sighting. Players warding against one or the other will only encounter that gender only while hunting and only 1/3rd of the time.
- Adjustable Target Gender: Unless a player has a Male/Female Preferred feat to override it, they will each try and make the player into the gender opposite that of the doctor.
- Heat: The Horny Doctor's heat is will steadily raise the player's libido. The male Horny Doctors will notice if a player's in heat and act accordingly during monster victory. Losing to one of them will also speed up the approach of the player's next heat or extend the player's current heat by a turn.
