| Description | ... No, nothing at all to do with sex. This nanomagic relates to the reproduction of auditory information, better known as sound and music. Given the appropriate data, one can play back the sounds recorded therein. Playback can be quiet, or with considerable volume. Unlike illusion nanomagic, this sub-discipline actually produces sounds that can be detected by machinery. Normally, the sound emanates from the user's body. With a hero point, you can 'throw' the sounds so it appears to come from elsewhere. One's own voice may be thrown without spending a hero point. If the user has interfacing nanomagic, they may also play the sounds over a speaker system, provided they have physical access to the speaker's cabling or peripherals (and the system is powered, of course). Requires both Data and Illusion Nanomagics. This is an Active nanomagic and cannot be used while another nanomagic is Active and in use unless explicitly stated. | ||
