A native New Englander hailing from Boston, before P-Day Astara was a civil engineer by trade and often traveled for work... and more notably, neither went by the name Astara nor was a she. He had found himself in Fairhaven in the first week of February in 2008, working on a project for the firm he was employed for; a restoration of Fairhaven's 5th Street Station, a lavish monument to the progress of 20th century that had fallen a bit by the wayside. Things were normal in the morning of February 11th 2008, and he was continuing to take surveys as people flowed through the station, originating from or going to places both near and far. That didn't last for long, though.

Zephyr: She has no trust for the Zephyr leadership, whom are the only people who she's ever considered truly evil. Nonetheless, as she's become closer with those who work for Zephyr, she's been more and more tempted to try and utilize their resources for good, instead of for pure profit and personal gain.
RSX: Admirable for actually trying to rebuild the nation; their insistence on keeping up the social norms of the old days is problematic at times, though. Especially for Astara.
Survivalists: *Shrugs* It's a good thing they're not as openly hostile to mutants/ferals anymore.
Ferals: Considering she's a Promethean, she does feel a lot of empathy for ferals, but... she certainly beats up any that are aggressive enough to attack her on sight.
