Ranae is a pretty-looking frog woman.

- Hunt for the "Starving Frog" scene in the Smith Haven Mall mall restroom hunting area.
After feeding her enough, you will need to leave and come back to get her request for a dress/clothing. Hunt for event: "Rundown Boutique" You will be given a black dress, head back to her hideout, a scene will play with her wearing the new dress.
