Velos is an NPC player companion found via the 'Strange Serpent' event underneath the Smith Haven Mall. (Single player only)
He resides inside the player, and can be asked to Muse on some NPC's. Each NPC he meets will improve his demeanor.
On meeting Velos the player is given the choice to accept the serpent or not, and to try pulling him out or not.
Velos stops the player from getting pregnant as a male (due to acting like a butt plug)
