Tormunga (dedication)

Location

Speak with Tramontane the Stormbringer in the Scarlet Rose to begin the quest to defeat the avatars bound to the totems. Once you are finished, you can dedicate for 50 Mako.

Powers

Tormunga are weather spirits, and thus can call upon a Downburst, creating a small, but powerful, windstorm. They are both a Storm Warden as well as In Tune with Nature, granting resistance to storms themselves as well as granting immunity to extremely hot and cold environments.

Thematic Information

One of the ancient spirits of weather has taken up residence in Fairhaven and given his dedicants some limited control over localized weather, of course being immune to most of it's effects is a must as well. Not being a creature of this world, he has, however, lost quite a bit of his original power and is sparing with what he does have.
