It's high noon, somewhere? Right here, in fact. The sun hung high in the sky, casting the grounds below in a patchwork of shades and odd hues. For one fennec fox with a penchant for trouble and adventure, it'd be a time to settle an old score, and even strike up one for the research department in the process. As the agents made their way to the fourth floor of the Oblivion hotel, they'd note the odd abundance of hyena mutants in the area. Their meeting place however was elsewhere...

Situated outside on the fire escape, was the fox in question. He'd be joined by two other nameless companions, a feline and a raccoon of a slightly smaller than the average person's stature. They'd all be garbed in black and carrying an array of odd tools, as well as a large backpack each. Their conversation quickly ceases however, the moment the first of the main act agents arrive on the scene. Turning around, Magnus would greet each and every one of them, then wait for the group to fully get together for their mission briefing.

Anagram arrives on the scene, a kemomimi german shep with a no shirt to show off his many tattoos. He seems to make a habit of at least pretending to be the most important person in the area, walking with a swagger that says 'I'm the boss'. When he reaches the fire escape where the introductions are held, he sits on a railing and speaks: "The name's Anagram. You wanted a silver tounge, and I can provide."

Ryllus arrived with very little gear, other then what was able to fit in pockets or could be worn. A hand adjusting the dark hoodie and getting the armoured vest hidden beneath to stop digging into an armpit and collarbone. A glance around at the others already present and the others soon to arrive. Head turning about to find a spot to stand and lean against. "Ryllus." Giving the familar fennec a wave in greeting.

Arris raises a hand to her brow, taking a quick glance at the grey, overcast skies ahead before stepping out onto the fire escape. Soon, she'd spot Magnus and his two companions, giving a polite nod to the fox. "Hey, Mag. Nice day out for a cloudy day, eh?" She also spots the others present, not particularly familliar with the feline, raccoon, nor the human; though, she can't quite place where she's seen Anagram's face before.

Kajiit:Despite being an unfamiliar face in this part of town, the blue-furred feline gets his stride on and steps into the lobby just beyond the fire escape. He flashes an inspecting look at Magnus first off, chewing his tongue in contemplation before scanning over the many unfamiliar faces gathered. "Hell of a lunchtime get-together. Name's Kajiit, by the way," he says in a crisp, faintly pitched tone, offering a hand to shake for introduction.

Making his way to the rendezvous the large Hellhound debates with himself on the merits of this mission ... though his choice seems set as he arrives, albeit last, to the briefing as he glides down from above to cling to the fire-escape as it comes to within reach of his arms and then carefully climbing onto the escape proper a floor below the group. Climbing up to meet them he grins as he spies a few familiar faces. "Shirtless... well the call was for a distraction, right?" he says as he looks over Anagram.

"Lady and gentlemen. Hello." Magnus nods and waves dismissively to the other two, both of which hop the edge of the fire escape and wall-crawl their way around the corner of the building. "I don't have much time to give you lots of details today, I'm afraid you'll have to do with what I am about to tell you and nothing else. Every second we waste is a kick in the nuts for our odds to pull this off. First thing's first. My companions and I will be working behind the scenes, we have a point of entry and we know what to do. You job is to make sure we're not seen."

The fennec then reaches into his pack and hands each and every one of the agents an earpiece. "Here, we're going low-tech for this because I suspect they have at least a few awareness nanomagi in there. Try to use telepathy and they'll know. So we're using old-school radio to communicate. On that note, minimize your nanomagic use. That place is guarded tighter than a virgin husky double-teamed by a behemoth."

"Furthermore, you'll be going through the front, using these." he'd then hand each of them a scrap of paper, small as a business card, inscribed in what appears to be... French? "These are invitations we... acquired from several of the guests that suddenly found themselves too tied up to arrive." the fennec winks "Flash these and you're in. Lastly, they'll ask you to de-arm. If you have any large or bulky weapons you can not effectively hide, I suggest..." he'd kick a lockbox to the right side of his feet with one footpaw "You deposit them here for later extraction. Otherwise they'll want to store them for you, and well... up to you on that. You're not getting in if they find weapons on you."

With that, the fennec tosses Arris a key "To the lockbox. I don't care who holds it or who's responsible for the box. Once you're all in, I'll update you on what needs doing as we go along. Remember, blend in, don't act all sus, you're attending a social gathering. You are, as far as those fuckers know, normal guests. Make them doubt this, and we're screwed. That's all, I need to get into position, don't dawdle! Get going as soon as you can!" he'd warn, then hop onto the wall as well, wall-crawling after his own team over the edge of the building exterior.

Anagram looks to everyone else ae they arive, not making any small talk or even acknowledging others' comments. When Magnus discusses the plan, he briefly snickers at the anology about the husky and takes the earpiece and invitation swiftly and professionally. Magnus left before Anagram even could ask about what type of party it'd be, but his own connections suffice. "I hope you are all ready for a gang meeting, and possibly a fight if it goes south." In his terms he's already dressed for the occasion, and he doesn't have any visible weapons or even gear. "All of you set?" he asks the rest of the group.

Ryllus nodded while listening to the briefing and instructions. Taking an ear piece and hiding it with long dark strands of hair. Though luckily no weapons were to be had on the human's person figuring it was not gonna be needed. "Alright. I don't have anything to put in the lockbox." Though a few stray thoughts were had on what might be had once they were inside. Giving the other humanish person a small nod. "Yup."

The gator nodded. "Minimize nanomagic use. I kind of do that already, but, uh, oh well." Arris is snapped out of her thinking when Magnus underhand throws her a key; she reaches her hands out to catch it, but fumbles a little. It almost ends up dropping through the grated flooring of the fire escape.

From the gator, she places her folding Arctic Warfare, a paintball gun filled with liquid bandages, a revolver, and a holster belt for both handguns. With that out of the way, she almost slips out... until the mention that it's a gang meeting comes up. "...oh. I suppose casual clothes should be best. And, not the kinda fancy party dress I had packed under my jacket." She lets off a chuckle. "...ah, yeah, I'm ready."

Kajiit slides the little business card into a front vest pocket and tucks the earpiece into one of his rather tall ears, taking care to conceal any obvious bits by brushing bits of fur over them. "That's a relief. I was worried when I saw you that it'd be one of 'those' kinds of parties," he murmurs, giving a choice look to the muscular, shirtless Anagram. Having thought ahead, Kajiit did not bring his 12-gauge shotgun with him, but he did have a knife strapped under his pantleg and a pistol hidden on his hip. "Not a fan of going unarmed...but I'll make do." He pulls his knife free and slides it into the box, then unbuckles his beltholster and tosses it in as well, leaving him only with his bare skill. A faint smirk crosses over his features. "Ready 'n rarin' to go."

Ebreus would let out a light sigh as he looks over his scattergun... the things large enough it wouldn't be a stretch to call it a howitzer and most definitely far to large to hide on just about anyones person. Fine relief artwork covering the barrel along with several other customizations make this particular shotty not only too big to hide but quite distinctive... exactly what you wouldn't want while under cover and so, reluctantly, he sets it in the lockbox. Followed with much less reluctance by a stripped down, compact, flamethrower and a satchel of explosives, looking over a small shotgun built to function as a revolver he hums before stashing it on his person. "Heh...that'd certainly be an interesting brawl." he says, "Should've worn my other trenchcoat. In any case let's get moving." he adds as he looks over his invitation and then gets moving.

The small number seen on their invitations read "410" as in room 410 most likely. Strange, did such a room even exist? The group need only reach the other end of the hallway to draw near he two large and truly terrifying-looking gyena thugs acting as bouncers for the event. They were garbed in black sleeveless vests and wore shades, because ofcourse they did. More-so they looked quite stalwart, taking their job quite seriously as they screen each and everyone that passes by them, asking for their invitation and eyeballing them for weapons before unlocking the door.

Anagram goes over a game plan in his head on what dealings of his own will happen during this 'party', taking the entrance in stride. He's been to his fair share of backroom dealings to enter a party like this without even a stutter or a pause. He just shows his invitation, just walking right in and not even acknowledging the rest of the group behind him.

Ryllus gave a nod after everything was stowed and ready to go. Head tilting way up at the guards as they all approached the door. a hand digging the invitation out of a hoodie pocket and then showing it to the guards. Then heading inside provided neither of the guards made a move to bar the entrance.

Arris follows behind Ryllus and Anagram, those two looking like they knew what they were doing. Her invitation is presented to the bouncers before she carries on, tailing the two in front of her and enterring the room beyond the two bouncers.

Kajiit falls into step with everyone on their way to the meetup, all in all keeping things on the straight and narrow. He was at least enough 'in the know' to understand how to act. A quick nod and a flash of the invitation from his front vest pocket was all he gave to the burly bouncers as he falls into step behind Arris, Ryllus, and Anagram. Inwardly, he thought about where he might get some of those shades...

Weapons stowed and, ideally, safe Ebreus steps off the fire-escape and spreads his wings to glide to the ground. Walking with the party he presents the invitation to the bouncers and strides on in without hesitation before returning his invite, assuming it wasn't taken by the bouncers, to his coat pocket.

The guards raise a brow as the group moves along, they share a glance as they spot Anagram, and grab him by the shoulder before he could waltz his way in there. "Hold up there, your face looks familiar." he'd growl while the others moved into the room. "Have I seen you before? What's your name?" the large canine furrows its brows. Perhaps it was time to deliver on that silver tongue action.

Anagram gives a swift look to the guard that stopped him. The hyena is typical security detail, so words will do better than force of mind or force of personality. "My invitation is already assured and you already know I have no weapons." His words were not his best, being taken aback by having been stopped at the door.

"Do I look blind to you punk, I asked what your name is, not-" another voice rings out from behind the agitated hyena harassing Anagram "Oh for fuck'ssake, Phil. Let the guy go, he has his papers and we're on break in five. You start something now then we lose our lunch." With a huff and a growl, the male hooks a thumb behind himself "In you go." Indeed, then in goes Anagram as well. The interior of the appartment is quite expansive, securty mutts of all breeds seen on most corners, with the lot of the guests centered around what was a large snack table. There were chips, pizza, punch, wine, whiskey, all sorts of things for everyone to enjoy. Meanwhile, sweet lounge music was playing from the speakers attached to the walls around the large room.

Directly to the right of the entrance was a door with the letters "WC" painted on. To the right was a large kitchenette with all the essentials, seems someone actually lived here! To their front and was the aforementioned table, and an exit leading towards a terrace, open for anyone to use if they wish. What wasn't open however was a second door off to their right, ahead of the bathroom door. That one was closed and guarded by what appeared to be a large and burly dalmatian. For now, they'd drawn little attention to themselves, but how long would that last? Ebreus would have kept his holdout weapon. One can only hope he needn't use it today. The guests were pretty engrossed with their snacking and chattering, most of them hyenas of lesser builds and varying genders. They were decently clothed, and surprisingly civil for their stereotype, almost akin to businessmen and women... how odd.

"You're in, great. Listen up. There's a room to the westmost part of the appartment. It's a storage room, that's where the goods are being held. There's no way you'll be sneaking those out the door without drawing attention, so me and the lads will extract them through the balcony." Magnus' voice rings out in their earpieces. "We need you to take care of the guards. Distract them somehow, get them to leave their posts, knock them out if you have to, but be quiet about it. There's another presence in the storage room as well, odds are it's another goon there standing guard. You'll have to get rid of him too."

Anagram gets to work with his own agenda, joining the conversations subtlely to draw in familiarity and work the crowd. This is a meeting of envoys and representatives, and who better to negotiate than himself? No promises are being made, but just enough deceit to get to know people and have everyone know him. Shake hands and kiss babies, so to speak.

Ryllus glanced about at the guards and the guests within the room. Taking a quick head count of each. Head shaking a little when the message comes over the radio to try and get the guards away from their posts and somehow sneak into the room all unseen. This wasn't going to end well at all. With a shrug some pizza was sight and figured might as well blend in before things go south.

By the time Anagram has entered the room, Arris has removed her jacket and held it folded over one arm. She's about to go throw it onto one of the seats surrounding the table before Magnus' call sounds out through her earpiece. Taking the cue, she instead lets it crumple up in the corner of the room before approaching the guard just beside the entrance door. "Hey, is that your friend over there?" Standing just outside arm's reach, she gestures over towards the guard standing on the west side of the room. "...you two look just like my kind of type. How about we make the best use of your break and... enjoy some time alone, hm?"

As she speaks, one hand lifts up to her zipper, pulling it down lightly and showing more of her scales underneath.

Kajiit gets the words into his ear, hesitating for a moment as he seems to pace around the snack table. He masks the movement of his eyes by keeping himself in line of others, carefully scanning over the ceiling, the guards, and the guests. With the objective given, he sets to work first by taking two glasses of booze and gets to small-talk. After a few minutes, the feline excuses himself to the balcony, taking advantage of the breathing room to saunter his way over to the guard on the balcony, offering them a glass. "So, did you volunteer to be out here or did ya draw straws?"

Once in and past the guards with insignificant attention drawn Ebreus scans the room passively as the earpiece conveys the message from the fennec infiltrator. Not responding either visibly or audibly to the voice none of the guests or guards can hear the Hellhound instead staying a bit back from the table and once Anagram has made his introductions and there's a momentary lull in attention on the shepherd he approaches and makes a few pleasantries, not trying to form any connections just trying to approach with as little attention as possible. Snagging a morsel off of the table and enjoying it he nudges Anagram lightly, "Bet this'd get the guards attention... if you were testin' 'em for their employer I'm sure a few would want to talk, privately." he quietly says as he transfers his holdout revolver to the Shepherd.

As Arris makes her move, oh-so seductively, her approach skillful and her words oh-so honeyed, a tone bringing about peace, a body promising pleasure, a gaze lusting for affection and hips that simply didn't lie, she'd draw in the attention of her victim with ease. The dalmatian at the door was easy prey, smiling softly as he visibly struggles with himself and his baser needs. "Well, I mean... h-hello, miss... I..." poor lad was flustered, redness under his fur not visible, but present. "I mean, I'm not supposed to leave my post, but..." he'd rub himself behind his neck, all signs of resistance wavering once she starts to unzip her front. His gaze was well and truly locked on there, senses dulled by the promise of a good time with this sultry temptress, and he wouldn't be the only one either. While the other guard, a large doberman by species, didn't approach, his stubby tail wags behind him and he gazes on, practically drooling out the side of his muzzle. Entering the room off to the side would be child's play now.

The crowds meanwhile were in Arris' hands, the lot swarming the shep with talk of business and culture, fascinated by the man's mannerisms and uncaring for the antics of those around them, leaving Arris uninterrupted with her captive audience. With so few attention from the security on them, slipping Anagram the weapon was child's play. Meanwhile outside, the collie guarding the entrance into the storage room would sigh deeply and shiver in his place. "I could use one, thanks." he'd rumble and chug down Kajiit's offering. As the alcohol takes hold of him, so does his judgement and his senses take a hit. He'd be easier to deal with now.

Anagram doesn't take Ebreus gun. Not that he couldn't use it for such a plan, but because the risk would undermine what trust he's already built up and he won't let anyone overstep his control. But a demonstration does sound like a good idea. He works the conversation towards the topic of nanomagic, convincing them that it was their idea to get Anagram to demonstrate his illusion nanomagic. He plays them like fools, and now he's got free reign on distracting them all.

Ryllus seeing the others getting to work was soon setting the acquired food down and glancing about at what gaurds still needed dealing with. After a moment steps quickly carried the human towards where the bathroom was and the guard by the window. Having passed Arris, thought may as well follow her lead to deal with this gaurd. Though unlike her's it was doom to fail. Trying to get the attention of the guard they are give what is hopefully a coy wink. A sashay towards the bathroom. Trying to get that wide and soft rear to do all the talking. But alas it is all fumbles and and flailing before almost slamming into the door at the very poor attempt at seduction. Maybe it might work? Probably not.

Once the dalmatian starts to stammer and redden under his cheeks, Arris takes it that he's smitten; she lets herself press up against his side, a hand lifting to stroke across his cheek. "Come on, I know you both are good for it." That zipper of hers gets pulled a little lower as she pulls away, raising a hand to kiss her palm and blow it to the doberman, shortly before wagging her index finger, gesturing for him to come closer. Taking the hand of the dalmatian, she leads two of the guards into the bathroom west of her, locking the door once both of them have entered.

Truth be told, she didn't expect to end up seducing someone as a distraction, but with how hunky those guards were... a slip of paper with a little personal information might find itself in the dalmatian's pocket.

Kajiit relaxes with the exterior balcony guard, sharing a few words over the drink, giving time for the booze to kick in before speaking up more wholeheartedly, patting a hand on the tall male's shoulder. "You've been at this all afternoon and it's frigid as the Arctic up here. Go on in, take a break, get warm." With luck, a buzzed mind took the bait, and with the guard taking his urgings in stride he had free reign to the exterior entrance to the restricted room. Taking a moment to scan his surroundings and ensure nobody was actively looking in his direction, the feline whispers into his earpiece. "Balcony guard is dealt with, making a move to the supply room." He then attempts to check if the door is locked and slip inside!

Staring flatly at the Shepherd for a moment Ebreus re-hides his gun and with the illusions distracting the crowd and the guards in the room... removed the large Hellhound slips out onto the balcony after the all clear from Kajiit and wanting to waist no more time undercover while they've got stuff to steal from thieves he enters the supply room and quickly spotting a guard already half-incompacitated from boredom he grins as he approaches... it'd surely be quite the shock when a larger male grabs him and with a hearty toss sends the last remaining guard through the doorway and over the balcony rail.... to fall to the alleyway below. "All guards dealt with." radios.

"What are you doing here?" the canine Ryllus had approached raises a brow, a soft sigh parting him once the human... trips. "No one is allowed in here. Let's go." He'd growl as he picks the man up and exits the room with him. Be it intuition or a foreboding sense of dread, once the canine sees all that was happening in the room, he'd release Ryllus entirely, move over to poke the other guard standing by the door and mutter something to him. The two them promptly exit, leaving the scene so as to not avoid the aftermath of what'd happened.

With the lot of the guards disposed of, Magnus chymes out in their earpieces. "Excellent. You've done great. I'd get going if I were you. Things are about to get hairy. You have sixty seconds tops." With that, the fox' two companions from earlier pop up on the balcony, and rush into the storage room. They loot the place as fast as they can and hop clean off of the balcony, using hookshots to lower themselves off the sides of the structure, with their packs full. "Meet me at the hotel entrance, I have your guns there." the fox' voice rings out once more, and then there was radio silence.

Anagram got his work done, making connections that will benefit himself and future sales. So he drives these eager fools for them to continue without him, exiting the conversation and the room promptly afterwards. He'd have to check with his own crews later on what Magnus's group got away with, and possibly plan his own jobs on procuring resources later.

Ryllus couldn't help but let out a little eep at being pickup by the guard. Though thankfully he was soon marching off somewhere. Hearing the words over the radio thought it was probably wise to skedalle and headed towards the main door. Though stopping a moment passing by the bathroom door. Shrugging and then continuing on their way to beat a hasty exit.

Arris was in the middle of being spitroasted when Magnus' voice rings out through her earpiece. Thankfully, they were almost finished in there, and before the fennec can finish his message she manages to bring the doberman in front of her to a climax, then the dalmatian behind her. Gasping out for air as they pull out simultaneously and paint her a little, she rests on her knees for a moment and catches her breath. "...mmnnff, well, boys, you two have been... better than I was expecting." A mental clock ticks down in her head as she redresses herself with mild haste; thankfully, only one garment had to be put on again. "...maybe we can meet up again for some more... 'private negotiations.'" Once she finishes dressing, a kiss is planted on the necks of both the guards and the doberman recieves one of her slips in his pocket, shortly before she leaves.

Why the fennec wanted everyone out was beyond her - for now at least - but she didn't want to stick around for the end of that countdown. At least she got those slips out before she left; skewed priorities much?

Kajiit stares blankly at Ebreus as he straight-up tosses the guard over the railing, wincing and turning around as if nothing had happened. He certainly wasn't going to stick around for any possible retaliation, especially since they likely had their faces on camera. He makes sure to take particular note of Anagram for the future as he saunters out into the hallway...perhaps there might be work to be had. Resting his hands behind his head, he starts to whistle his way back to the rendezvous point.

Ebreus nods as confirmation comes and the fennec and friends snatch the loot. Soon after the 'hound was following the guard he had dealt with over the railing again spreading his wings to glide down to the ground and makes his way to the front of the building as he dials up the Fairhaven Police Department providing an anonymous tip as to a gang meeting in Hotel Oblivion as he rounds the corner to the front to meet with the rest of the group.

The dash towards the entrance was... more like a leisurely meandering, as the group heeds their warning and manages to slip away into the crowds. Looking like regular agents, they are indeed passed by a large squadron of angry-looking hyenas, but not picked out. Why would they be? They didn't look suspicious wandering the halls of the hotel, lots of people lived there, after all! Once downstairs, they'd see Magnus at the entrance. The fennec looked... tired, and smelled strangely of blood. He'd greet them with a wave and chyme "Excellent work! Here are your weapons, and your payment has already been forwarded. So, now..." he'd pause, and press a finger into his ear for a moment. "Are you kidding me? SOMEONE CALLED THE COPS?!" Huffing, the fox tosses the key towards Arris again and says "I gotta go. Get your guns, it's all in there." before bounding off, without a trace...

Ryllus gave a sigh once they had made it past the guards unsuspected and to the lobby entrance where they were to meet their employer. A small nod being given towards the fennec before he beats a hasty retreat. The human then makes hasty to disappear into the crowd leaving the hotel.

Arris glances around to the other group members. "Well, that takes care of that then." She discreetly moves over to the lockbox and pops it open with the key, trying not to bring attention to the fact that she smells like dog cum as she retrieves her belongings from the container.

After retrieving his gear and letting the fennec slip away Ebreus watches the fleeing yeens until the police arrive on the scene. He would stick around until it was apparent wether or not the cops would need further assistance and if not would head home happy to have done his part to help with research and screwing with the criminal underworld of the city.

Kajiit flicks a thumb behind him toward the hallway they came in from, attempting to speak up to those still gathered with a rub of his forehead. Particularly upon seeing the fennec dart off. "Take it from me, try to lay low for a while. There were security cameras all over the place in there, which means someone's gonna have our faces. Be it cops or otherwise." He collects his pistol and knife from the lockbox and conceals them once more, and from there...after giving a smile to Arris, Ryllus, and Ebreus, he makes sure to make his way outta there before all hell breaks loose!
