The door to Daniel's clinic opens, and he flies in still carrying his coffee. Setting it down on his desk, he sighs with a little nod. "There we go, I have a drink should I need it... now to just wait for the interviewer." He takes the little time he has left to spruce himself up, changing his currently bloody smock to a cleaner one, and fixing his hair... the best he could.
Shirai knocks on the door almost immediately as the fairy enters, and walks in with a few pieces of paperwork at hand. "Hey Daniel." She greets with a knowing smile and waiting for the fairy's reaction.
Cupnoodle lets out a little surprised squeak when he hears Shirai's voice, he wasn't expecting her to get here so damn quickly and she startled the hell out of him. He turns away from his mirror, a smile on his face as he flies over to greet her. "Ah, hey there Shirai. You're the one who will be interviewing me? Hm, well alright, I hope my skills are up to expectation!" He cheers, realizing his little comb is still in his hair and swatting it away with a grimace, lovely start.
Shirai stifles a giggle. "Were you expecting Kilsa?" The painted wolf smiles, taing a seat. "I caught a bit of a lucky break on my ride here. I suppose my first question is, 'why'?" she smiles, clicking a pen.
The fairy chuckles a bit, shrugging. "I wasn't sure who to expect, though you were a pleasant surprise." He smiles a bit as he's asked the question, "Well that's easy. I've known you and Kilsa for a little while now, you two have helped me and now it's time for me to return the favor!"
Shirai grins. "So, you know what our group does? I wouldn't want you being put in a difficult position. Just to fill you in incase you didn't, we're primarily an exploration group, though we will offer our services if asked." She explains, taking a quick note on her paper. "Because of that, there is fighting involved and I'm not sure how often your other talents would be required. So, what do you believe you can bring to the group?"
The fairy listens to Shirai's explination, nodding as he does so. "Right." He comments as she ends. "I have nothing against exploring, in fact it was one of my hobbies back before P-day. And don't think that because I'm tiny, I can't fight. I don't wanna sound smug, but I think Kilsa was even surprised with how well I took on Hotel Oblivion." He gives a little grin before continuing. "But my talents? Let's see, the primary one would be medical treatment, with physical treatments taking priority over mental... I'm just better at those. Other than that, I'm also a crafter!" He motions to himself, pointing out his augmented body. "I actually went and made most of my robotic body myself, and it hasn't failed me yet!"
Shirai nods, continuing her notes. "Better safe than sorry, after all." She muses. "I never said you couldn't fight, Daniel. But some people prefer to avoid it. I don't doubt having a smaller agent around could be a boon, particularly for reconaissance. Given your skill with medicine and electronics, my vote's on having you join." the painted wolf offers. "I'll be putting it by Kilsa for review, but I'm pretty sure it's safe to say you're in."
With a grin, the fairy flies into the air, the energy armor on his wings giving a little hum as they flutter. "Aw yeah!" He cheers, pumping his fist into the air. His celebration over, he lands back onto the table before bowing to the painted wolf. "I thank you for taking the time to consider me."
Shirai chuckles quietly and sends a message to the aforementioned adept. "If we didn't offer consideration, then I don't think we'd be getting very far." She smirks, offering the fairy a hand despite the rather conspicuous size difference. "It's good to have you aboard."
The fairy nods, taking a finger and shaking it with a smile. "It's good to be aboard, ma'am, I'll be sure to do everything I can!"
