Out by the swiftly running river inside of Glenstock, Miranai and some of the children are working hard to rebuild the decrepit water wheel getting ready to convert it into a powerplant. It was mostly overgrown with plants though, needing to be removed while Mira worked on reconstructing the walls. Meanwhile, the others were working on other areas, getting the wheel turning again, removing the vines, brush, and other plants about the small building.

Nyssa might not be in the best of physical shapes for hard physical work right now, but she's been sent here for a job, so there's not really much good in slacking off. That said, none of it's really dealing with her area of expertise at this point, so for the time beng she's just another pair of hands clearing out plants for the different kind of 'plant.

Erythraeum was told there was work to be done. but isn't exactly sure what work she should be doing. The most likely use for herself she sees is helping to cut down the vines that are overgrown on the building they're working with... So she sets to work on that. She's careful to not mess with anything else, though. She's not really sure what the plan is, and doesn't want to accidentally mess something up.

Aranor waddles behind one of her daughters. Her huge pregnant dome of a belly burdening her movements. Once she gets close to the site of the new powerplant, she smiles as she watches. Soon though, she plops her ass down on the grass as she catches rests. With a huff she says, "Here we are Carla, why don't you go see what you can do to help out?" Carla nods and moves closer to the building. Her fat sheath resting on her belly. "Hey, need anything cut? Mom trained me more for fighting then... whatever this is." She says as she looks to the run down building. Behind then Aranor waves. "Hey mom!"

Miranai continues to work sealing cracks and getting the walls sound again. However, in trying to get the wheels working again Sel and Jessica, both too round to really be able to work by trying, cause it to creak... cracking, and with a yip and a yap the wheel breaks off! They look at each other, then around to everyone else! "Umm, need... a hand over here please!" Says the hyper sized collie herm, with Sel, a fairly well endowed Fox Taur trying to lift the wheel back into place! Meanwhile, Yiania looks completely bepuzzled trying to set up the gears and banding that would attach to the generator itself...

Nyssa is far too small to be of much use in the former case, so instead she waddles on over to Yiania to help take a look at the gears and stuff. It's not her area of expertise by any means, but it can't be that hard, can it? Besides, it gives her a chance to sit, and she kinda needs that, what with her kid starting to go a bit past what 'full term' would be by pre-P-Day standards.

Erythraeum starts a little bit at the cracking sound made by the wheel, then runs over to it to offer her assistance, if it is needed. "Um. That doesn't look good." She says as she looks up at the water wheel. "Anything I can do to help?" She asks as she tries to think of what can be done about this now.

Aranor picks herself up and runs her way over to the water wheel, she's not too fast as her belly gets in the way. Panting on her way there she yells at Carla, "Carla, catch the wheel please!" Carla is already on her way, though isn't sure how to stop the massive thing. Running to the edge of the shore, she watches as it threatens to fall in. "Ahh! What do I do?!" "Look for a rope!" Aranor says as she scans the surroundings for a rope, or perhaps a vine to use in place of one.

While Miranai was still busy, the only one around that has the nanomagics needed to burn some builder nanites to reinforce and reconstruct the walls themselves, shi couldn't do much to help out with other things. Meanwhile, Aranor isn't successful in finding any rope or a vine that would be useful in trying to pull the wheel back up, however, it isn't too far over with Sel still holding on to it. "No, we just need someone strong to help pull it back up. I... can't exactly bend over." Shi says, pointing at the wheel itself.

Working with Yiania, a female husky whos vulva and breasts make it difficult to see much of anything else on her, Nyssa can see how the gears and belts will have to run together to make the spinning of the wheel be able to hook up to an eventual generator... now to just hook it all together.

Nyssa looks around from her seated position for a moment to see if she has all the necessary supplies on hand or whether they're sitting a little out of reach. In the case of the latter, she'll see about getting Yiania to get what she needs, mostly to save on trying to walk too much in her condition.

Erythraeum walks up to the water wheel and takes a moment to try and get a good grip on it. "I can try to help lift it." She says, then waits to see if she's going to get help from anyone else before bracing herself as best she can and gritting her teeth as she tries to lift the wheel back into place.

Aranor looks at Eryth as she grabs hold ot the wheel, her eyes wide. She figures that she should help too before Eryth is taken by the thing. Grasping onto the wheel with both her hands she pulls back. Carla join in to grab as well, gripping and pulling alongside her mother. Carla's wings unfurl and start to flap, she's unsure of how much this helps, but figures every pull is better than none! Both Aranor and Carla's paws and claws to pull back on the wheel to get it in place.

The parts are all well within reach of Nyssa, Yiania looking to her as she waits to be guided around to what needs to be done. Meanwhile, Sel, Erythraeum and Carla, mostly Erythraeum have little problem pulling the waterwheel back into place, "Ok!" Calls Jessica, "Now... umm, how do I make sure it doesn't fall out again?" Shi says looking over to Carla and Aranor as shi looks about the wheel and the gears it attaches to.

Nyssa apparently doesn't need Yiania's help finding the necessary parts within easy reach, so instead she'll try to put them in properly... though given the scope of this machinery, her taut, swollen, heavy belly's probably not going to do her any favors for reaching certain parts of it.

Erythraeum finds the water wheel easier to lift than she first assumed, and gets it into position without too much trouble. She braces herself in the best position to hold it there until someone else can get it fixed up by some other means. "This isn't so bad... But please hurry anyway." She says with a brief chuckle afterwards.

Aranor looks to Carla gesture her to Nyssa. "Carla dear, could you help that girl get this connected so it doesn't fall off?" Carla nods and looks at the tools Nyssa is reaching for. Unfortunately, she isn't quite sure which so she grabs a few and hands them to the fish-girl, looking for ways to help. Unfortunately for the crystal avian wolf, she isn't sure what all she is looking at with the machinery and whines though her beak. "What do I do, mom?!" Aranor on the other hand keeps pulling as she helps to keep the wheel in place.

Miranai continues working with the walls, taking a moment to look back over and see, "Dear! A bit busy, but... if you can design an idea on how the wheel fits into the counter balance, it should hold." Shi says. Meanwhile, though Nyssa looks a bit... oddly in what she does, she manages to connect everything together without falling or breaking anything! More than a little stretching around, belly bumps, and working from the side, but eventually, it is all connected up. Erythraeum continuing to hold the wheel up with Sel's assistance, though it feels heavier and heavier by the moment!

Nyssa flops back down into a sitting position some distance back from the whole of it all once it's all set up, needing to rest again for a bit after all that stretching and reaching. Her hands drift to her stomach, rubbing as if trying to soothe her little one in apology. She does manage to shout something, though. "Gears an' stuff's all set up in here!"

Erythraeum sighs and lets go of the water wheel as she feels her strength is no longer needed. She stretches her arms out, then rolls her back, which gets a few pops out of it. "Okay, is that all set now, then?" She asks as she looks up to where the wheel is connected. "Anything else I can help with?" She asks, to whoever can give her a task of some sort.

With nobody directing Carla, the confused hybrid shrugs and backs off to let someone else do it. "Mom? I can't do anything." She shrugs and walks beside her mother to help hold the wheel in place. "Alright, you hold it in place, I'll go look." Aranor nods to Carla and walks into the building to look around. She starts to examine the inner workings as best she can, a bit disappointed in herself that she never read much about machines, especially since they have limited use in todays time.

The wheel being held in place, and all the gears and belts put in, everything was mostly ready for the generator to be installed later. Except the wheel would need to be held by something other than someone! After a while though, Aranor can figure out how the break and counter balance work to hold the wheel in the water and let it still spin! With Carla's inpressive strength, holding the wheel in place is no problem, allowing the gravid fox taur Sel to back away and look at it too, "Hey, sis, Aranor, you see what we need to do?" Shi asks, prancing a bit on hir paws.

Nyssa did her part, so she's mostly just waiting for some sort of confirmation that everything's set to go on the other end, or someone else needing her help. Hopefully the former more than the latter, though... even just moving is starting to get exhausting with the extra weight.

Erythraeum hears nothing from anyone about anything else she can do, so she tries to look for a way up to where the others are attempting to put together a fix, more out of curiosity than any real belief she has an ability to help. She pulls down a few more stray vines as she makes her way, then walks up behind Aranor andtilts her head as she watches the wolfess work.

Aranor does as best she can, focused on the task at hand and concentrates on making the necessary part from the ground. Once the small metal part is formed, she proceeds to take a took and hammer it into place, making fine adjustments with construction nanomagic. After looking it over once more she sighs and shakes it a bit to make sure it's not moving very far and says out to the others, "Ok, I think it's secure.... Let go?" Carla looks over and nods, letting go and waiting for the others to do the same to see what happens, ready to spring back in action.

Miranai gulps a bit as shi feels hir... maleness trying to assert itself! Shi stands there for a moment, a few very soft moans coming from hir then gets back to work. Meanwhile, the wheel is set in place and.. begin spinning again! Sel pulls the break on it, stopping and locking the wheel for now. Jessica gives a slight cheer, jumping a bit, hir belly, breasts, cock, and balls all taking a while to stop moving after shi does! "Good work everyone! Now, while mom works on the walls, all we need to do is clean up the place some more." Shi says, though Mira looks to Aranor, "Care to help me with the walls sweetie? Going to take a while to seal all these cracks and holes." Shi says.

Erythraeum watches curiously as Aranor gets the part put into place, then smiles and does a fistpump when it does the job and the wheel begins to spin. "Alright! That's taken care of, is that all we had planned for today?" She asks.

Aranor sighs in relief and nods to her mom. "Okay mom, I'll help get everything together." She looks to where she things she heard Eryth and frowns. "Eryth! Don't think you got out of talk we need to do! I need some answers from you, missy!" She says sternly before she gets to work and concentrates on useing her NICE to repair the walls and get everything set up. "What's this place supposed to be, anyway?" She wonders aloud. Carla on the other hand, senses she not needed for the moment and finds a spot to lay down on her back and stare off at the sky.
