| Description | This perk allows those who have wings to actually fly, while in the bubble. No, no magical flight or floating. Perhaps more importantly, anyone with this perk can use the Depart command from *anywhere* (as opposed to just the usual designated points) to reach the overworld. You're never stranded deep in enemy territory with this! - Notes: If you have no wings or are outside of the bubble, you cannot fly. Other examples of ways that this perk could work are extreme agility, great elusiveness, or superior speed. Which example works best will vary from character to character, and each should pick the explanation that fits best for them. Please use the Perk note system to denote which your character uses! |
