| Description: | The Ddraig Goch's body is covered in sharp-edged scales that assemble like armored plates into a nearly impenetrable hide. Their scales shine crimson and gold, reflecting light so that one almost shimmer. Their head is oblong with a deep muzzle that juts forward with a crown of spikes and fins where ears and hair normally would reside. Dagger-sized teeth line their gruesome muzzle, while yellow beady eyes glare with nothing but spite and hatred reflected inside them. Their neck is serpentine, with a great head that bobs far from their body and bony, spiked protrusions that emerge from their crimson scaled skin along it. Their body is massive, towering high above most, its form bristling with raw might and terrifying proportion. Surging with raw strength, its body thick and akin to stone, one could wonder if the massive leviathan wingspan that rises out of its back could truly carry them aloft... much less leave any light for those below if in flight. Their arms are bestial and powerful with fingers tipped with sharp claws, but they retain some of their dexterity, although fine motor skills seem troublesome with unwieldy digits. Their legs are appear to be ready to clutch something below, their claws digging at the ground on occasion as if searching for a comforting presence. Long and sepentine, their tail juts out nearly as long as the rest of their body. Jagged, bony protrusions cap the tail and run up along their spinal extension. Their groin appears bereft of any obvious genitalia. | ||||||
