| Description | Oh no, you or someone else's technological quirk is out of juice? You have the answer! You can get the power out of another technological quirk, yours or some other willing agent, and drain its power to refuel the target quirk. How handy! If you have a battery item, you can drop/trash one to serve as the source of power. If you have electric generation, you can use 500 mah as one quirk worth of power but may NOT use this quirk as a power source (it's already adding to electric generation). |
