There are a wide array of non-player characters (NPCs) in the game for the player to interact with. Some of these are friendly, others are merely ambivalent about the player. Some exist in pre-assigned locations while others must be found through events. Certain NPCs can provide the player with quests, often with a reward to be earned. Others can be 'rescued' by the player and brought to a safe place (usually the Bunker). Most NPCs, being infected, are up for a little fun with the player to sate their rampant libidos. Players are cautioned that sex with most NPCs will result in infection.

• Notes: Can make Medkits out of Medkit parts. Can be trained as a Pet (will remove the Medkit ability). Pet-Sarah can be impregnated with puppies. Non-infectious during sex.

Coleen

• Species: Human (to start), Husky (If you have Sarah as a Pet or are in the process of training her as one)
• Gender: Female
• Location: Grey Abbey Library: Bunker (After Befriended)
• Related Events: Military Presence (Outside event: 3rd iteration w/paratroopers) followed by Womanfruittree (Park event: meeting her)
• Notes: Gives a medkit when talked to the first time after befriending. If you have Sarah as a Pet or are in the process of training her, Coleen will slowly become a Husky as well.

Diego

• Gender: Male (for now, see notes)
• Location: Park Entrance
• Related Events: 'Trickster' and 'Prank Aftermath' are Outside events which allow the player to see Diego's tricks in effect. The second is only available after showing Diego several tricks.
• Notes: Will grand additional time if you successfully TRICK him. (Skill check on Intelligence, failing results in losing some Sanity). After tricking him a few times, you can offer him Dog Milk to drink, making him a fuckable herm. Offering him another Dog Milk to drink will make him a fuckable female. Non-infectious during sex.

Susan

• Species: Doe
• Gender: Herm
• Location: Trevor Labs: Primary Lab (after found)
• Related Events: unusual creature (Park event - Requires a quest from Doctor Matt.)
• Notes: If you grab her during the unusual creature event, she will escape the lab and Deer will be encounterable at the park. Not grabbing and instead consoling her and then agreeing to be her mate will add a freely fuckable (infectious) Susan to Dr. Matt's lab.

Alex

• Notes: High Rise event. Open for sex only after completing his quest tree. If you have sex during the morning hours, he will make brunch for you. Brunch is tasty and infectious.

• Location: Abandoned Lot: Store Room/Steven's Office, Unknown after transformed (you can't find him after that)

What happens to him after that is unknown as the player can't enter the warehouse again and he doesn't seem to appear somewhere else.
