Rubber Balls: A common and very weak monster, found roaming the City. Often accompanies canine monsters, generally not voluntarily.
Includes only a Torso and a Skin mutation. The torso grants the Rubber Bounce attack, while the skin gives you the Rubbery Hide ability.
