Available only during character creation, for obvious reasons. Costs 0 merit points, so it's up to you if your character enters virginally or not. The first time you make a pregnancy check will remove it.
There are some badges associated with this:
[Impersonal Burst] when you lose it to a feral monster in either male or female role.
[Intimate Start] as above, with a player-character.
[Cherry Picker] when an established player takes the virginity of a female virgin.
[Cougar] the inverse of above, female with a male virgin.
And rarest of all is [Puppy Love], when two virgins devirginate each other.
