The ChargeDebuff was removed, the regular Knockdown was removed, the CritKnockdown stayed but its chance to proc was given a light nerf. The other stats remain unchanged, however... the loadout was reduced from 35 to 20, making it the 20/10 reliable hybrid DOT/Repeat weapon it was originally intended to be. All the other values are as they were before. Enjoy!"
