A non-AOE power gaining spread goes to 1d2+1, with each additional whole number adding +1 target. Each breast after the first adds .3 AOE rating, so a two-breasted monster has a 30% chance of hitting 1d2+1 targets.  Six breasts give 1.5 AOE, translating to always 1d2+1 with a 50% chance for one more target.
