Introduction
A half-mad satyric mutation that hide his face behind a mask. Rarely seen in the same form more than once, he hunts through the cityscape in search of that which he needs, gathering all he finds along the way. Scrap, mutations, even the ferals themselves may be gathered in the masked man's hunt to find that which he came to the city for so long ago in the wake of P-day.
