Yes, you can dedicate to Inari, the Kitsune goddess. You want to, you've got way more style than those stupid Tanuki.
Costs 30 Mako to worship. They get the Tail Fury and Forest Wisp moves and can gender change at their shrine.
You want to keep the spirit of Inari while not dedicating your whole life to the Kami? Get a Magatama and you will be able to summon at least a lesser wisp, even while following another path.
