The only Stacked Energy Damage power at the time of this writing.
Deals ongoing damage of its magnitude as normal EnergyDamage does. StackedX means that, if you apply the status again while the first is in effect, it will add the magnitude to the first. Up to X times.
Stacks from different players are kept separate.
