Rod is the de facto leader of the Mall Rats at Smith Haven Mall. He's a pretty cool, laid back kind of guy and is Ronda's boyfriend.
Rod can be found at the Food Court area of the Mall. A friendly and affable fellow, he is loyal to his girlfriend, Ronda, and so will refuse offers of sex from the player.
If the player corrupts Ronda into a Slut Rat, Rod serves a quest-giver for the Slut Rat Quest, which will end with him either reunited with a now sluttier, hermified Ronda or with him being transformed into Ronda's slutty submissive herm lover.
If the player ends the quest by curing Ronda, he will introduce them to Lucy, a female Mallrat looking for a lover.
