This strange, one use, item allows you to instantly assume the mutations of a target. Does not work on PCs! Does not work on too-high level NPCs! One use.
use <inventory #> on <target>
Target must be no more than 5 levels higher than user. This alone will not grant a Total Badge.
Costs 3 mako from the Elite Shop, but is also randomly granted by +reward.
