Repair Nanomagic stats

Description A little help to get broken things not so broken. Simply, it increases your effective skills by 5 when repairing a broken object (see help precious). In RP, it helps conduct repairs but does not make them cheaper in supplies. If the item is simple in nature (say a flat tire, but not the engine of a car) and you have the supplies, it will handle it provided supplies, quickly and well. This is an Active nanomagic and cannot be used while another nanomagic is Active and in use unless explicitly stated.
