Within the East Bunker, once you have helped the Phoenix become reborn, you can dedicate for 50 Mako.
Powers
Phoenixes can undergo Rebirth to save themselves from fatal damage, and their Fiery Feathers soothe allies while striking back at enemies.
Additional Equipment
Phoenixes with the Phoenix Tears gain access to Raising Inferno.
