| Description | You fiend. You can draw nanites from others for your own ends. On the positive, the one being leeched has to be willing. The target becomes weakened for 1d4 hours each, with the effect being worse for each mutant quirk they have (and they must be at least 50% mutant quirked for this to work on them) but one of your mutant powers gets better (increase numbers by 50%, be creative, soup it up) for half of the least amount of time rolled. |
