| Description | You can disperse heat, taking that energy and sending it far and wide. This heats the surroundings a tiny bit, but results in the thing you are touching or at least close to cooling down rapidly. This could be used benignly, dispelling the heat of a sweltering day, or in a hostile fashion, making a person too cold or robbing a small fire of the heat it needs to continue. Your dispersal strength is akin to a lighter per ice-tag quirk you have, including this one, reversed, so long as you concentrate. This could be a mutant or tech quirk, but no human biology would allow this, so not natural. |
