Additional cocks add 1.2 AOE rating per cock.  A non-AOE power gaining spread goes to 1d2+1, with each additional whole number adding +1 target.  Therefore, 1 cock is 0 AOE.  2 is 1d2+1 with a 20% chance for one more target.  3 is 1d2+2, with a 40% chance for one more target.
