The Sexual Urge Control Kit prevents external attempts to modify your behavior through lust, such as inducing Rut or Heat. The device does not prevent or suppress a character's 'natural' libido, though it reduces the discomfort of Rut or Heat from merits or the character's infection. Edit notes
