*There is an orgy-based Bound State, the likelihood of such occurring increased with the Kinky feat. While in the state the game will roll to see whether the player receives attention from a Consort, where and in what manner depending on the anatomy of the player and how many Consorts are already occupying a region (Head, Torso, Genital). The cap on how many Consorts are allowed to occupy a region is dictated by player scale (There is also a diminishing return to lust gains for larger players to avoid being overwhelmed). Struggling rolls for "Disengage", which removes an occupant, and orgasm might disengage you from as many as two.

*The head infection strain is irregular from other strains in that it alters the player's perception. The difference in perception only slightly affects scenes with the Consort. Additionally, there is a survive ending relegated exclusively to the head strain which is separate from the core survive ending (Since most endings check the player's body, instead).
