You all got a request to join Nicole into the taskmaster quarters of New Dawn. While such communication wasn't a secret, seems that only part of the Prometheans got invited. And by the look of it, everyone has clothes on them.. quite an unusual sight in these times. The room seems to be reserved, away from the usual chaos of the survivors busy with their daily missions.

Seria walks into the hut and looks around before sliping a hand into her kimono and turning off her music. The other hand is holding tightly to a recurve longbow even in such a safe place as this. She gives a small smile to Nicole and finds a seat near the back wall where she can watch other people enter the room. Her dress sways even in the lack of wind as she nevrously bounces a leg.

Angelily strides in, leaving her usually accompaniment waiting out near the gates of New Dawn. Also keeping with old military traditions, despite siding with the Prometheans, she salutes Nicole as a superior officer, "Lieutenant Angelily Rogina, reporting Ma'am." After she continues to stand, infront of but off to the side of Nicole. She glances about and takes note of Seria with a nod before returning her gaze to Nicole, waiting to hear why she was summoned.

Slaamundi walks in with a casual and leisurely demeanor, surveying the hut and the people there with a smile. "Hello everyone." he purrs in a friendly tone, walking into the center of the room and tilting his head toward Nicole expectantly. "I'm not going to be out of town for months again am I? I've got a family you know." he rumbles, grinning at the Taskmaster.

Nicole smiles as she sees everyone finally gathered here, smiling at Seria and trying her best to answer to the military salute of Angelily, "At ease". Then, as she hears Slaamundi's question, she chuckles a bit, "Then we could have some little issues... but hear me out first, it's a long story." Giving the sign to sit down on either the chairs or the carpets on the floor, the racoon girl takes a deep breath, before starting to talk. "First of all, thank you all for being here, my brothers and sisters. And I didn’t summoned you here for giving you the usual daily.. but to seek the aid for a more important project." Nicole starts to explain, smiling as her usual, "For who doesn’t know me, I'm Nicole, the taskmaster of New Dawn. And for today, I have a big task to offer.. for all those interested in improving the current situation. As you may know, we aren't too happy of the situation in Fairhaven. Zephyr is a big resource, but the lifestyle between its halls is decadent and not good for our youngsters, often lured by that easygoing life. To solve this issues, we started to seek a new place to move in, with less influence from the Zephyr... with great efforts and sacrifices, but with the resolve of many of our children. For the last months, they challenged the wastelands, seeking for new nanite bubbles and cities within them. And I won't deny that it was difficult, leaving their families for so long. But in the end, it payed up. We found a suitable site for a new start, the city of Clairmont. Any question so far?"

"Clairmont?" Seria asks before realising she said that out loud. Blushing a bit she clears her through then starts with an actual question. "Um, I mean what are we going to do in Clairmont? Is everyone going to get up and move to this city? I have a home here, away from Zeypher already... mostly." She grips her bow a bit tighter before crossing her legs and smothing out her dress. Though she still looks a bit nervious as she looks from Slaamundi to Angelily, and back.

Angelily with the permission to stand at ease then sit she takes up a chair and sits, hand-paws in her lap, "We see Ma'am, sounds like a good idea, to be away from Zephyr, but we have some questions of our own, besides just family. What is the distance to this new city? And what kind of terrain? Hostiles we would be expecting? I'd rather not lead my pack into anyplace site unseen, you understand Ma'am. " She thinks a moment, "But we have the same question as Seria, what about those we call family here that may not be able to go with us? And what would happen with our base here, New Dawn?" She's a bit nervious herself, but hides it well, looking over to Slaamundi and Seria after she's done.

Slaamundi's eyes narrow as his grin fades, his ears splaying outwards with dismay. "Yeah we might." He squares his jaw and snorts softly as he takes a seat in a chair, leaning back and crossing his thick arms over his chest. His ears stay flattened as she speaks and he twitches his tail, turning his eyes to the right impatiently when she talks about decadence. At her query he rumbles gruffly, "No I'm very familiar." He looks at the others as they express their concerns, frowning slightly. "I'd also like to mention the other survivors who have been scraping by outside the bubble who need a home. Clairmont's where we plan to bring them for rehabilitation, unless I'm mistaken. A place free from temptation..." The lion shrugs, rolling his eyes slightly with a sigh.

Nicole goes silent for a bit, like if answering to this would be a bit more intense than expected. Then, she rises her muzzle and answers, "This city is about eight hours from here with the helicopters. Not a small journey, especially since those vehicles are quite precious, so no fast ways to get back home, if you miss the right flight. It's a long travel to the east, in a the place that had survivors, until recent times. But as we got there, we didn't found any survivors. That place has its dangers, I suspect that the ferals in that area aren't friendly and neither stupid. We left a little, armed group to patrol the area, they should be fine for now. But beside that, we don't know what else is there, and it needs further investigation.". After a long pause Nicole resumes, looking at Seria and Angelily, "It would be a brief goodbye to your families, unless you plan to take them along.. should they fit the requirements. This is the reason because this task is absolutely a free choice, you are free to refuse and no one will ever think bad of you. Most prometheans are fine with the current situation, and only a small part is willing to start this new project. Also, nothing will happen to our village, since the majority of the Prometheans aren't too interested to move away. Finally, we won't be alone, the place is fit for sustaining itself, but we don't have all the technology to fix the factories and make them running. This is why we decided to look at Rsx. They have a lot of technical knowledge, but our intel is reporting a critical lack of resources to keep up their place in Woodfield. This is why we offered a part of the production for their support.. which came shortly after a intense bargain. This accord had another effect as well, it lured in Zephyr. I'm quite sure they would love to stop this project, preferring to keep everything in Fairhaven. But they are greedy as well... they offered they economic help to the mission, in exchange of some freedom with the local market. While this isn't the original plan, their help is definitely useful, especially after we settled the matter by stating that the moral conduct of the place will follow our rules. Rules for not being feral beasts, like no public sex and keeping up some clothes. One of the reasons because you were contacted is because you should have these requirements, and your support in this mission would be really important. And if you hoped in a place free from Zephyr and Rsx.. that's quite impossible. But for sure, we'll a lot more freedom there than any we could have here." Turning to Slaamundi, the raccoon girl adds, "It's not a rehabilitation place... that's a new hope to have a place with our rules, without the corruption of the old times."

Seria listens as Nicole gives more detales. Her eyes close for a moment and she gives a sigh before opening them and asking another question. "When do we have to say if we are going or not? It sounds nice, and I nderstand that we can't so this all ourself..." She faides and looks at to floor for a bit before she contunes. "It will be nice to start again but I have to make sure that my family is going to go too. I don't have much skill execpt in surviving but I guess you would not have called if you did not think I could help somehow. My family is better at being helpful then I am." She tries to give a bit of a smile and a nervous laugh. "I am glad New Dawn will still be here to come back to, even if a long walk back with out the ride."

Angelily listens very carefully to Nicole as she talks, nodding once in a while and whincing a bit. "We understand, and a short good bye is always acceptable, sounds a lot shorter then the tours we used to have to do. You have our and our packs support Ma'am, we'd only need a short time to make arragements. But, if we may Ma'am, we'd like to thank those who made this possible for limiting the involvement of the others. If we are going to start our own place, it would be best to keep it as much ours as we can." She shifts slightly, as if other things may be on her mind, but doesn't voice them, instead looking to Seria, "We're sure any hands would be of big help, if you are skilled at surviving then we think there would be a great deal you and your family could do to assist in such a mission, from the sounds of it."

Slaamundi shakes his head slightly, mrowling, "8 hours... sheesh." His ears stay perked attentively as he leans forward, but his eyelids rest low as he maintains an aloof expression. He slowly shrugs his shoulders and rumbles unenthusiastically, "I'll do what I can to help, of course. We've got to take the world back sometime, right?" He looks up at Nichole with a coy smile and purrs, "Not saying I'll move in though. Besides you probably wouldn't want me there. I'm a pretty big temptation all by myself. I might corrupt the whole city." His lips spread into a satisfied grin, that he turns to flash at the other agents.

Nicole looks at Angelily, "It's not just our, to be honest. Zephyr and Rsx have their crimes that we won't forget, but it's not by putting aside their existence that we'll be able to make a new future... especially not a future based on hate.". The raccoon girl sighs a bit, "Beside some rules, who will go to live in Clairmont will make the decisions. Beside that, that'll be a place for us to grow our children without decadence, a source of freecreds for Zephyr and munitions for Rsx, that's a good deal for everyone.". Turning to look at Seria, she adds, "Any competence is welcomed... we have to rebuild and run a city, any knowledge is important there." Nicoles takes a deep breath, "The matter is this. Right now, we are collecting resources and people that will be sent to Clairmont. Then, using the Zephyr and Rsx's vehicles, we'll move there and starts to rebuild. I won't hide that, there is a lot of work to do for everyone, the life is harsh and teamwork will be the key for success. There won't be the free meal at Zephyr's cafeteria, there won't be guarded streets and getting a job will be mandatory. But again, we'll have the freedom we are seeking and a place where we'll be able to educate our children without the decadent influence of Zephyr. Of course, this is a free choice.. and far from being a secret. If you have any question, any further doubt, this is the time for it.. and if you want to join us, we'll be sure to work together like a family.". Then, smiling at Slaamundi, the raccoon girl adds, a bit flirtously, "Mind, I said clothes in public and no public sex... What happens behind closed doors isn't a problem. We don't forget that there are more females than herms and males combined. Just.. we don't want to act like best, but being able to rebuild our future, not just let us going because Zephyr gives us food and a roof over our heads.".

Seria mutters, "Always wondered about that." But shaking her head she acts like she did not say that loud enough to be heard as she looks to the racoon. "Maybe I can find someplace where my... hands, are not idle." She looks at her handpaws for a moment before casting a glance at Slaamundi. Her sight lingers for a moment before she turns back to Nicole. "Since this does sound like we are not the only ones going. Will we get to see who the other factions are sending before we go? There... there might be a few that even with those ground rules I would not be comfortable working with."

Angelily looks over to Slaamundi and a slight growl catches in her throat, muttering a bit to herself. She turns then to Nicole again, "We're not sure if we could stay ourselves, the rules sound like a great way to get things going. But we are not going to lie and say we'd find it easy to follow them. We give ourselves and our pack to your aid, and will recruit any others we know who might be able to help that may not have already heard." She shakes her head a bit and focuses back on Nicole, "However, Ma'am, if we may be excused, our pack will likely be getting restless outside the gates and we should go attened to them." Then she stands a salutes again before heading out, stopping long enough though to give another slight growl to Slaamundi.

Slaamundi grins in response to Nichole, purring a soft rumble. "Very true. Well, as long as there are doors I might find a place for myself." He glances at Seria to meet her gaze, smiling calmly at Angelily's growl before turning back to Nicole. "I know how to keep myself busy anyways. I doubt there's anyone I couldn't get along with. Do we know what happened to the survivors? Anything unusual about the ferals there?"

Nicole nods at Angelily, "Yes, I can understand that. Yours help will be greatly appreciated.. yours and of your pack.". The raccoon girl doesn't miss the growls, but she's smart enough to not put her nose there. Then she turns to Seria, "Uhm, she should have a list, but as long as the people are fine with the rules, and are willing to work together... do you have some names you would avoid for sure?". Nicole then tips her chin at Slaamundi's question, the smile disappearing a bit, "We don't know about the survivors. They lived there until few months ago, right now they are all gone. Maybe they left.. or couldn't keep up with the lack of population. We know for sure that the nanites are less intense on the mental level of the people, making them less.. hungry down there. Likely, the survivors couldn't repopulate enough. On the other side, this means less ferals.. even if the first investigation shows as they look smarter than the Fairhaven's ones."

Slaamundi raises his eyebrows and smirks, mrowling, "Yeah, smarter ferals..." He looks at Seria thoughtfully. "Could even make it harder to tell whether they are rehabilitated or not. Blur the line a little. If they're really tricky." The lion lifts his head and scratches under his chin. "Probably they just got overwhelmed by their infections and are still living there." he muses. "So when is this going down?"

Nicole nods at Seria, taking note to look out for such people, and then at Slaamundi as well, "And yes, as I said that the place is quite intact and easy to rebuild. But about the survivors... any guess can be right, that's one of the things that we'll investigate when on the spot. We just scouted for immediately hazards, like the gray goo in the south or the hivemind infections. Nothing like those are at Clairmont, at least. And about the ETA... it'll be in a couple of weeks, more or less. Most depend by the gathering of resources to set up the main camp."

Seria nods and places the bow on her lap. "Then unless you have anything else for me. I will hopefully see you in two weeks so that we can get started." She smiles and waits for if Nicole says somthing else that sparks a question or if Slaamundi asks somthing that she was forgeting.

Slaamundi nods his head with a dry smirk. "Yeah, that's the sort of thing I was worried about." He takes a deep breath, then swishes his tail. "Well that's good, two weeks gives us some time." He turns his head to Seria curiously, and sensing that she's ready to go, slowly stands up. "What else do you need from us Nicole?" he asks.

"I'll just ask you that review for your abilities and specialties, so to be able to fit you in the right group." Nicole smiles again, moving closer to the door, "The next time, you'll likely match with other faction's agents... which will share your same area of interest. I won't be with you, as you know I have my paws pretty busy here...".

Seria softly says, "Well I can scout. I am mostly a jack... jill of all trades though." She smiles and stands up. Offering Nicole a shake as she moves towards the door as well. "You do a good job of keeping this here well under control from what I see. Thank you for the information and the invite. If you don't mind though I think I need to go home and talk this over with my family."

Slaamundi swishes his tail and smiles at Nicole, lining up behind Seria for a handshake. "Sending us off and staying behind?" he rumbles wryly, "Makes sense. You'll definitely be missed." He smiles at Seria. "Jack of all trades, master of none?" he teases playfully. "Me, Oh, you know, I like danger, mystery, a good challenge. Kind of a like a secret agent, or a people person."

"Not much a choice, actually... my job is here, going along with you all would create some trouble here." Nicole sighs a bit, before rising her muzzle and smiling at the two, "Thank you again for your support... if you should have any more question before the mission, you know were to found me. And yes.. be sure to share some time with your family or loved one. If they won't follow you, you won't see them a lot once at Clairmont."

"Heard that one a hundrad times." Seria says then turns towards Nicole. "I will do that. Thanks again and goodby for now."

Slaamundi nods his head at Nichole, taking a deep breath as his eyes drift down. "Yeah, we'll see. Maybe they'll want to come. Have a good one." He walks out the door and looks at Seria, smiling at her and purring, "I'll be seeing more of you though, I'm sure. Later." He walks on down the path a bit before pulling of his shirt and placing it in his bag as he sprouts his large batlike wings, preparing to take flight home.
