Mutant powers by type

Abilities are listed by their types. Abilities where dealing damage is the primary use of them are listed first, followed by attacks that lower attributes of enemies. All listed abilities also have in parenthases any sub abilities they may have (i.e. a Damage main attack that also has a defence debuff would have the defence debuff in parenthases next to it.)

(Note: Wait until after initial changes to the current move set are done before adding moves. Currently all moves are being adjusted for balance and what they may currently list as their effects and such will be changed.)
