The ritual site is the Strange Sanctum beneath Arborwatch Manor. Those who reach it may dedicate for 50 Mako.

Powers

Hellhounds can rip open small portals to Hell to scorch their foes with the flames of perdition with Hellfire and can take bites out of the souls of their enemies with Soul Burn to invigorate themselves.

Hellhounds the guardians of the Aether Bridges or, as mortals know them, Portals to Hell. Largely solitary creatures they hunt demons and devils that happen to make it across a bridge and answer to no central authority.
