Pity the poor furries - the Prometheus virus changed so many ordinary people into anthros, but left the con attendees mostly alone. This one is dressed as a Skunk Girl, and indeed mutates her victims into that, but she herself is merely a costumed human - and is entirely too furious about the disappointment to consider anything other than taking her temper out on hapless Zephyr agents.
