This is the home of Violet the hermaphrodite Blue Gryphon and can be accessed by speaking with Obsidian in the Secluded Home.
Room description:
A comfortable 'nest' of sorts. The nest consists of a layer of carpets on the otherwise barebone concrete floor, all interior surfaces scrubbed clean and sanded for maximum smoothness. You see a single gryphon here, Violet, and your lover, Obsidian. The two are currently discussing what favors Obsidian owes in exchange for her beloved gryphon milk.
