In-Game Desc The Spontaneous Parental Reinfection Mechanism, or SPRM for short, causes a pregnant mother to over time to resemble their unborn offspring. What a weird device. This adds a 15% chance to trigger per pregnancy tick. It stacks with the Adaptive Mother merit.
