- It's possible to turn yourself into a Muscle Hulk without vials, provided you fight in the gym and then use the fountain.
- If you have the Prized Jewels perk and use the fountain after you've become a Muscle Hulk, your balls can grow to size 34--larger than both Mutant Hyena and Quicksilver Serpent, the two non-Tanuki forms in the game with the largest balls.
