Description	Worn on the back, or maybe your shoes? Whatever, it's a technological method of assisted flight. This enables the flight merit to work without wings. It'll even work outside the bubble... but remains restricted in time, allowing short flights of about a minute per hour. Performing a nanite scatter allows this to function as if you were in a bubble for half an hour.
