Within the Norse Temple, from Odin's section, there is a secret passageway to Deep Shadows where whispers emanate. There, you can dedicate to Loki for 40 Mako.

Powers

Being in the favor of Loki gives one the ability to create illusions. One could use it for the Trickster's Wit to misdirect any adversaries, while the Agonizing Torment Loki felt can be forced upon one as illusions as well.

Additional Equipment

Loki doesn't need anything special to enjoy messing with his opponents, and neither do you.

Thematic Information

Loki Odinson, the adopted child of the All Father, the god trickster, and all-around ne'er-do-well. The God of Illusion in Nordic legend, Loki has sired many monsters from Fenrir and Jorgumand to the ruling denizen of Helheim. Always courting mischief and mayhem, legend tells of his dastardly deeds, and the shadows whisper of his punishments. The gifts of illusions are given to those who have garnered his favor. Whether it be to inflict deific agonies or to misdirect, the boons are great.
