Note: Hotel Oblivion is northeast of Fairhaven, but only accessible via the overworld.

There's a mysterious figure in the entrance of the hotel. They aren't particularly interested in communicating at first, so you'll have to be persistent if you want this quest. If you manage to get their attention, they'll ask you to retrieve a trinket they left somewhere in the hotel, specifically in room 303.

Make your way through the hotel to the third floor and locate the kitchen of room 303, and pick up the trinket (check trinket is the command you'll be looking for). Wait, you didn't think it'd be that easy did you? No, the trinket is guarded by some kind of advanced nanite programming based defence entity, and you're going to have to defeat it to get what you came for. It's a fairly tough fight, so bring your best weapons, armor, and maybe a couple of friends.
