Current State of Implementation

As of November 2014, this form is no longer attached to an active, functional dedication. The Talakai form itself still exists within the game but the mechanical implications of this dedication have, for the most part, been adopted by the new Ixchel Jaguar (dedication), as have the functions of the various Mako Items associated with the Talakai dedication.
