They have instituted a cooldown to prevent abuse (and overdosing considering any AI with this item set to use has a tendency to spam it and kill its user whilst simultaneously causing a feedback loop that sometimes causes the ATB to seize up). Cooldown increased from 0 to 2500. Even so Zephyr Inc accepts no responsibility for long term health hazards and strongly recommends use in moderation."
