In-Game Desc	This item entitles you to an area with up to six rooms, interconnected. You may also get one NPC, with assistance in programming it for basic talk functionality/interaction, OR, instead of the NPC, you can have a Small Stall store(10 space) installed in one room.. The staffer that builds the area for the player receives 50 of the mako spent on this item.
