After you've talked to her about it, the back alley is, unsurprisingly, at the back of the shop. Head west through the back room and out into the alley. Cassy, the owner of the Seelie Sweets Store in Fairhaven, needs a favor - something noisy's going on in her back passage back alley, and she needs someone to take a look while she's minding the shop.
After you've talked to her about it, the back alley is, unsurprisingly, at the back of the shop. Head west through the back room and out into the alley. The noise seems to be coming from the grate to the north, which is unfortunately locked - you'll have to go back and ask Cassy about the key, then search the backroom for it.
You'll find some ferals in the search, and after defeating them you'll also find one of them had the key. You can now unlock the grate after returning to the back alley. (You don't actually have to use an unlock command, just go north).
