| Description | Mutant powers... you don't understand them. You'll never achieve true mastery of them. They are alien and disorienting and they come and go and you're a stranger in your own body! This flaw makes your maximum mastered powers =0=. On the bright side, when you gain powers via shifting, they will upgrade themselves, much like a feral agent might experience. |
