This is one of Flexible Survival's core healing abilities, and is one of the most mastered powers in the game ('+census powers' in game to see a list of mastered powers and how many players have mastered them.). Typically healing more than a medkit can player will pick this skill up and master it early in an attempt to help deal with the large amount of damage some of the more difficult mobs can dish out.
