Mostly Retired Fauna wantonly purrs, "major change to how Penetration, the combat skill, works with regards to resists. It has diminishing returns, asymptotically approaching a point where you can completely ignore resistances; for full details, see rpinfo penetration. We may tweak the formula further, later on."
